You will receive a confirmation from Wings Airways/Taku Lodge once we have confirmed your tour.
This will include instructions on checking in, pick up/drop off locations, etc.
If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us and we will re-email your confirmation.
Legal stuff
Changes to your excursion/tour component are subject to any fees imposed by the operator.
Most tours require advance booking and are non-refundable 14 days within 14 days of departure.
Should you need to change your time due to unforseen circumstances, we will work with our vendor to get you rebooked.
Unless otherwise stated, excursions and tour components require full payment at time of booking.
Our system will populate the cost of the excursion/tour, along with applicable taxes & fees. Unless otherwise noted, all fees/taxes are included. (example: some parks require cash payment for entry).
No-penalty refunds are permitted within 24 hours of booking.
Tour changes and cancellation penalty will be outlined during the booking process.
If your ship fails to berth/dock, we will refund your excursion/tour less a 5% administrative fee (credit card fees). This is why its important to have travel insurance.

We are normally able to move departure times around easily if you just need to change your date or time.
This excursion is non-refundable once purchased; however we can accept refunds up to 48 hours in advance for a 5% administrative fee (credit card fees).
