This luxury 2000 square foot two-level Seafront Villa is directly on the beach.  The villa can be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath or two bedroom/2bath unit, including its 4 private verandas.  The villa has a full kitchen, living room/dining room area, complimentary wifi, and flat screen cable tvs.

The hotel’s food offerings are unique in that there is no formal restaurant; you can be served anywhere on hotel property.  There is a large seating area adjacent to the main pool & pier, and each room comes with a large patio/seating area, including a FULL kitchen if you want to cook.  3 grills are also on property for guest use.

Kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles are available for guest use (no charge).

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to & from the Placencia airstrip and village.

Resort is mostly accessible.  There are small steps to the rooms.

Resort is about 5 minutes from the Placencia Air strip.  Drive time to PGIA in Belize City is about 3.5 hours (do NOT take the Coastal Highway, it is still under construction).

Cell service is adequate in Placencia.  Resort offers complimentary wifi.  Each villa has a landline.  Each room has full cable with multiple televisions, and international television channels.

Pets are not allowed at the resort.
