Payments

All items require either immediate payment or a deposit to begin the booking process.

Upon confirmation, guests will receive a follow-up email and/or call from Alaska & Yukon Tours/Alaska Excursions/Belize Excursions advising they are booked with a link to an itinerary on either travefy.com or tripit.com.   

Packages and elements that require a deposit will normally require an additional payment, ranging from $100 to $1000 USD, for components that require payment.  AYT can offer payment plans for those who wish to spread out the final payments in increments of 33% – due 100 days, 60 days, and 20 days before travel.

Funds are placed in escrow (separate bank account from our operating account) per licensing requirements.  Learn more here.

Travelers who wish to pay by ZELLE will receive a 2% discount off the payment amount.

Airline Doctors, Inc. is in full compliance of Resller of Travel laws/regulations in the states of California, Hawai’i, and Washington.  Florida licensure is pending.
