Our special rates with Breezes are based on availability with the resort.  Sadly this is NOT a live link, but we do our best to keep our booking system (Fare Harbor) updated.

To begin the process, you can call us at 907-531-9140 and speak with a Travel Designer or use our online booking system (top right).

Guests will select their preferred checkin date FIRST, below will appear the options available to them (3 night, 4 night, 5 night packages) and room type (Run of House/ROH or Oceanfront).  Next, you’ll select the number of rooms you wish to purchase.   The dollar amount shown will be the deposit required to book your room (we will contact you within 1 business day for full payment on the hotel stay).  You’ll then enter the name of the persons staying in the room (or lead traveler), and review the cancellation policy & deposit details.

We will also require the billing address (or mailing) of the lead traveler.

Next, click on “Add to Cart”.  From here you can add additional rooms (such as oceanfront or other items) by clicking on “Keep Shopping” located on the top right of the page.

If you are ready to proceed, you will need to enter the purchaser’s information (Name, email, phone number) along with valid credit card.  The system will charge you the deposit + tax.

The next step, we will confirm your booking and reach out to you for the balance due, which is paid directly to the hotel.

Insurance is also available at the time of confirmation, we will advise the exact amount based on the duration of stay & number of guests in the room.

If we are NOT able to confirm the dates (unlikely, but always a possibility due to these amazing rates), we will contact you with available dates/options or alternative hotel accomodations.  If we are not able to secure the space, you are eligible for a FULL refund of the deposit paid.

In order to secure the special rate with Breezes Bahamas, we require a non-refundable deposit of $75 to $225 per room (refundable if we can not confirm your accommodations).  A confirmation deposit of $100 per person is required for all bookings (charged separately) once we confirm the resort accommodations, or full payment for all bookings within 45 days of travel.

The resort requires full payment 45 days prior to arrival.

The balance of the hotel is refundable until 46 days prior to travel.  The cancellation penalty is as follows:

                31 to 45 days to arrival:  $200 USD per adult penalty
                16 to 30 days to arrival: 50% penalty
                0 to 15 days to arrival: non-refundable

Changes are subject to a $200 USD per person fee, however we will advocate with the resort on your behalf to get this waived.

Deposit can be made using any major debit or credit card in our booking system.  The resort only accepts Visa & Mastercard for payments.
