  • Onboard entertainment
  • Onboard naturalists, talks, and educational classes
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Generous storage
  • Safe
  • Ice service
  • TV with a variety of entertainment options

Bella Bella fares are typically for guarantee cabins (meaning the cruise line will assign your cabin).  You can upgrade to Fantastica fares for slightly more which allows you to pick your own cabin, preferred dining times in the Main Dining Rooms and free room service.   Aurea experiences include “Anytime” dining, better cabin locations, access to exclusive areas on the deck, and a welcome gift in your cabin.

What's NOT included

What isn’t included:

  • Travel Insurance
  • Air/Train or Land Transportation to/from port
  • Shore excursions
  • Gratuities
  • Internet
  • Drinks Packages (alcohol, wine, soda, etc)
  • Specialty Dining
  • Spa treatments

You can upgrade to these while on board; however we can get some items at a discount during the booking process; MSC will typically have some specialty meal plans starting around $100 per person for 3.

Payment

Depending on date of sailing, a deposit will be required and final payment is typically due 120 days before sailing.

Deposits are allowed for sailings more than 120 days in advance; otherwise we must pay for the cruise the same day we do the reservation.

Cancellation & Rate Changes

These special rates are non-refundable.

The cancellation fees (per person) are as follows:

  • 25% penalty for 89 – 61 days prior
  • 50% penalty for 60-46 days prior
  • 75% penalty for 45-16 days prior
  • 100% up to 15 days prior
  • Cruises of 4 nights or less have more flexiblity, please contact us for exact details.

$25 per person agency admin fee for any cancellations.

Name changes are permitted for $75 per person, up to 7 days before departure.  At least ONE of the original passengers at time of booking must remain on the cabin reservation.

Please note:  cruise lines are now making their pricing more dynamic, we feel like we are trying to hit a moving target.  Cruise lines are now locking in the price once you are paid/booked; we are typically no longer able to get refunds or upgrades should you book a cruise and the rate changes after final payment.

How soon do I have to buy?

Unlike most cruise specials, these are instant-purchase and are non-refundable after payment has been made unless otherwise stated.

Rates & cabin availability are subject to change.

MSC Flash Sale cruises must be booked by August 9, 2024.

Upgrades

In 2023, almost all of our clients received upgrade options to higher category cabins, ranging in price from $99 to $899.   These offers are based on availability and are time-sensitive; we received most of these about 2 weeks prior to sailing.

Do I need insurance?

We always encourage travel insurance for our guests as a bit of extra coverage.  The cruise line insurance plans, while offering a lot of flexibility, only give you money back in very certain circumstances – otherwise its a future cruise credit valid only on MSC.

Plans we offer thru Allianz typically will offer cash reimbursements or payouts for covered cancellation reasons and offer a better level of protection than the cruise-line based insurance.

We highly encourage *annual * travel plans for all travelers – these are fantastic and affordable – starting at $250 per person PER year!  Click HERE to learn more about travel insurance.

Do I need a passport?

Passports are required for most cruises departing the US and Europe.   In some instances, closed loop cruises from Miami, Port Canaveral, and New York may allow US citizens to board with an original birth certificate ALONG with valid, government issued photo id.

How many can share a cabin?

MSC’s ships are built for 2 adults in one cabin, however some cabins have a sleeper sofa or murphy bed that can allow 3 or 4 occupants.  Rollaway beds are not available onboard.    Maximum number of occupants per cabin is 4 on these sailings.

Families of 5 or more will need to purchase at least 2 cabins.
