We REALLY can help you, and we LOVE helping! And we are NOT travel ‘bookers’ nor is this a ‘side gig’ – being a travel agent is more than just booking your travel & hoping everything goes well; we keep an eye on your flights & reservations to make sure your travels go smooth & step up to help when things DO go wrong.

Licensed & Insured

Based in Juneau & Skagway, we are a brick & mortar agency - meaning you can drop in and visit us! We've got all the credentials & insurance all reputable agencies have, and ensure we operate with integrity!

We are a GDS Agency

Our agents use Sabre for your bookings, which gives us direct and IMMEDIATE access to all flights & fares, and more options than you can get on Google Flights, Expedia, or Kayak. In fact, most of our air-clients are amazed we can get them to Southeast Alaska in the same day from the East Coast when most websites require an overnight or multiple stops – because we use the GDS, we can combine airlines into a single itinerary.

ATD uses Sabre for most of our airline bookings – giving us immediate access to airlines and inventory. We can even sell you a ticket right at departure time!

When you book online with ATD, our travel designers review EACH and every booking and will reach out to you and ensure you’ve got the best price, options, and make sure your vacation goes as smoothly as possible.

And, you’ll NEVER have to be on hold for 6 hours with us when things do go wrong!

Agent Experience Fees

Commissions

We receive a commission from many of our vendors which covers our salaries, operating expenses, as well as donation to the United Way of Southeast Alaska as part of our sustainable tourism efforts. If we do not earn a commission, we will advise you and disclose any Agent Experience Fees that may be applicable.
