Formerly called duPlooy’s Jungle Lodge, Muy’Ono has upgraded this classic Belize jungle resort with some amazing enhancements.
The jungle lodge sits on 100 acres overlooking the Macal River, and is located about 20 minutes from San Ignacio. The eco-friendly resort sits among the lush Belizean rainforest and offers a heaven for bird-watchers, and even the occasional howler monkey.
The resort has a full service bar & restaurant, wifi in public areas, brand new pool, private beach with sun chairs, canoes, and floating tubes, hiking trails, and an observation deck.

The premium rooms, fully equipped with air conditioning, are very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located close to the Treehouse Bar, the Double Queen Casitas have every comfort of home. Each casita has a bedroom with two queen beds or 1 king, a private bathroom, and a screened porch with hammock. Private bathroom with shower offers hot and cold water, bath soaps, air conditioning, and fans. Sleeps 1-4 guests.

The Treehouse Bar & Restaurant offers a UNIQUE way to eat – up high among the birds & monkeys! Bird & animal guides are available from the bar – but while the animals may be distracting, the food is VERY good!
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, and the hotel offers meal plans.
The all-inclusive plans also include transportation – AYT will adjust the rate to account for this.
