One of the hardest things about living in Alaska is our variety of climates. And the fact everyone thinks our winters are nothing but darkness and 8 feet of snow. The truth, for a majority of the state, is clouds, wind, and rain with sometimes snow (and lets not discount the AMAZING northern lights).
