True – airlines and online agencies have made it remarkably easy to book travel.  But what they haven’t done is make it easier to REBOOK, CHANGE, or CANCEL easily.    And if/when things go wrong, such as a delay or cancellation – you are at the mercy of the airline.   Most airports are no longer training agents on how to do ticketing and handle reservations, pushing that responsibility off to a help desk or reservations line – which is why many of you have experienced 6+ hour wait times or call backs.

We use Sabre, an old school airline reservation system, for managing 90% of the flights we book.  Sabre shows us real time availability & flights, allowing us to grab that last seat…. which is crucial when you and your traveling group need to keep moving.
